The Pork Industry has announced a temperature change when cooking pork. This is a great and exciting announcement. When cooking pork, remove it from the oven at 145 degress and let it rest for 3 mintues. This will allow the juices to stay inside the meat. Also, as a reminder, when cooking with glass pans, decrease the oven temperature by 25 degrees for proper cooking.Until next time-
